Summary:  Parking was no problem, but the lighting is a bit to be desired for security.  The waiting time for seating was almost immediate.  The wait time for food could have been a bit faster.  The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was great, but the utensils and plates should have had  a bit more attention. The table in which we were seated was not fully stocked with necessities.  The Ladies restroom in which my Wife reported about was ok, but what I saw in the men’s room dropped their score. There was no sign of upkeep. Service recovery was non-existent, even from the owner.  The staff needs much training in professional service. The restaurant doesn’t seem to have pursued an “identity” yet. This coincides with friendliness as they need more patience. Just a side note on the karoake, it's a great set-up and they have a large selection of songs.

UPDATE:  I realized that a good idea would be to add food portion and drink quality.  I will say that there was so much food on the table we could barely move.  Nevertheless, I will add this into the mix on the next review!
